  • 5–50 files per job by plan, with 3 concurrent conversions
  • Failures isolated to one file
  • Individual Excel and CSV downloads

Convert a batch

Upload up to 5 PDFs on your current plan. Each statement is processed independently and stays available under Records.

Output

One source file, one traceable result

Bulk does not hide the source behind a merged archive. Each statement keeps its original filename, processing status, page count when available, and independent Excel and CSV downloads.

Process

How bulk bank statement conversion works

01

Select multiple native PDFs

Choose monthly, multi-account, or multi-client statements in one file picker.

02

Track each file separately

Up to 3 files process at once while the remaining files stay visibly queued.

03

Review failures without stopping

A failed statement is isolated, explained, and available for a one-file retry.

04

Download Excel or CSV

Download each successful statement in the format needed for review or handoff.

Use Cases

Built for the statement pile

Multi-month records

Process a year or quarter of statements while keeping every month separate.

Bookkeeper client work

Queue statements from different clients without letting one difficult file block the batch.

Multiple bank accounts

Convert checking, savings, and card statements in the same visible queue.

Accountant handoff

Download consistent Excel or CSV files for review and controlled delivery.

Failure Handling

One failure does not stop the queue

Every file gets its own upload, conversion, and result state. If a layout is unsupported or a file is damaged, the remaining statements continue. Retry only the failed file after addressing its error; failed conversions never count against quota.

Security

The same controls apply to every file

PDFs are uploaded for automated processing by us and third-party recognition services. Files you do not explicitly choose to contribute are deleted after the retention period. Each conversion remains tied to your signed-in account.

Pricing

Quota follows successful pages

Current plan quotas are based on processed pages, and failed conversions never count. Check the pricing page for free-tier limits, monthly page quotas, and paid-plan availability before starting a larger job.
