Process
Choose monthly, multi-account, or multi-client statements in one file picker.

Use Cases

Convert checking, savings, and card statements in the same visible queue.
Download consistent Excel or CSV files for review and controlled delivery.
Input Requirements
Failure Handling
Every file gets its own upload, conversion, and result state. If a layout is unsupported or a file is damaged, the remaining statements continue. Retry only the failed file after addressing its error; failed conversions never count against quota.
Security
PDFs are uploaded for automated processing by us and third-party recognition services. Files you do not explicitly choose to contribute are deleted after the retention period. Each conversion remains tied to your signed-in account.
Pricing
Current plan quotas are based on processed pages, and failed conversions never count. Check the pricing page for free-tier limits, monthly page quotas, and paid-plan availability before starting a larger job.
