Yes — that is the intended use. Download Excel or CSV and send it together with the original PDF. Your accountant still decides how transactions should be categorized or imported; the converter does not categorize anything.

Yes. Use the PDF to QBO converter for a QuickBooks Web Connect file, or download CSV and use QuickBooks column mapping. Review the imported period to avoid duplicates with an existing bank feed.

Yes. Use Bulk conversion to select multiple text-based PDF statements. Each file is processed independently, so one failure does not hide successful files, and each successful statement keeps its own Excel and CSV downloads.

Your PDF is uploaded for automated processing by us and third-party recognition services. Files you do not choose to contribute are deleted after our file retention period (see Privacy). The privacy page has the details.

You get a specific reason — unsupported layout, damaged file, unreadable scan, page limit exceeded, or a system error — never a blank or fake-success file. Failed conversions never count against your quota, and you can retry or send us feedback.
